The Auction Barn LLC is owned and operated by Brian Corcoran, previously the director of Hayloft Auction by Doyle New York, and sells a wide variety of estate items: Chinese porcelain and furniture, sterling silver, fine furniture, paintings and decorative arts.
Every auction is previewed for several days in our showroom at 99 Railroad Street, and the catalog is online for absentee and live internet bidding as well as in print.

The Auction Barn LLC is owned and operated by Brian Corcoran. Previously the director of Hayloft Auction by Doyle New York, he has been in the antique and auction business for 25 years. The Auction Barn holds monthly antique auctions and, starting in late Spring 2020, weekly household and antique auctions.
Weekend retail store
Visit The Auction Barn’s retail store in the barn on weekends: Friday 10 am to 5 pm and Saturday 11 am to 4 pm, at 99 Railroad Street, a block from the village green in New Milford, Connecticut.
Antiques wanted
